Amphenol CTI Juarez is proud to announce that we have invested in the addition of the Sonobond WS2026 to our arsenal of splicing capability. By integrating the Sonobond WS2026 ultrasonic splicer into our operations we are able to enhance the quality of the products as well as the variety of types of splices we can achieve. Traditional mechanical splicing methods can often lead to weak connections due to inadequate heat or improper application of materials. With ultrasonic splicing, the bond created is uniform and consistent, reducing the risk of failure during operation. This is especially crucial in industries such as automotive and aerospace, where the integrity of wire connections can be a matter of safety. This additional Sonobond capability comes equipped with 2500 Watts of power allowing Amphenol CTI to splice up to 95 mm2 of cross sectional area.

Amphenol CTI Juarez has taken a significant step forward by adding two more wire harness braiding machines. Not only will this add overall braiding capacity but this will allow key projects to run 2 alternate colors OR multiple yarn outer diameter braids at the same time.
